Study is directed to ground water table rise prevention, settlements inundation, soil productivity increasebased on drainage strengthening, leaching and leaching regime of irrigation, development of set of measures on ecological-reclamation situation improvement and soil water-salt regime management. Plot is located near Kumsangir canal. Climate is continental, dry. Relief-weakly sloped plain. Soils-sierozems, partially saline, (3g/l on average), sulfate type. Ground water depth is 0.4-3 .Om. Irrigated area is 40ha (net). Irrigation network-flumes, specific extent 76.2m/ha, efficiency is 0.84. Subsurface drainage specific extent is 67.2m/ha, depth 1.6-3.5 m. In result of research main drainage parameters are optimized, new parameters are given, water saving technology is applied, plans of irrigation regime are developed for irrigation system efficiency improvement. inciples of land desalination have been developed by means of outstripping subsurface drainage construction taking into account precipitation, reducing term of land development. Subsurface drainage main parameters and design are recommended.
