Summary

Studies are dedicated to mechanism of water transporting in aeration zone, character of moistening and infiltration under irrigated fields, water and salt balances components, ground water regime, irrigation impact on reclamation state under developing and irrigating subsiding new lands. According to climatic and soil conditions this valley can be divided into two parts. The first - north part area is 6 th.ha, the second - central and south parts area is 20 th.ha. Top soil of the north part is brown-carbonate, heavy loam and clay soil. There are strongly saline lands, sulfate-magnesium-sodium type. Zone with inflow from artesian water on depth 0-5 m and infiltration inflow zone - from 3 to 10m. In the central and south parts of valley soils are loam and sandy loam. Ground water table increases to pre-mountains, and from the north to the south part (from 1-3 m to 40-60 m). Salinity degree increases in the south direction. On the area 6 state farms are formed. Water supply is carried out through tunnel to two main canals (right and left branches), than machinery canals and farther flume canals. Distributors' efficiency 0.83. To fulfill study 4 key EPP were opted, where field observations of all water balance components are carried out. Due to results of these studies measures set is developed on assessment of infiltration of aeration zone and ground water, water-reclamation measures set on increasing new irrigated lands, irrigation water and water saving as well as ways of obtaining design crop yield capacity.
