Summary

Study is devoted to development of winter wheat optimal water and nutrient regime providing high yield under rational irrigation water  use   in   conditions  of North  Tajikistan,  planning   and management by water-nutrient regime of wheat and irrigated lands productivity under water resources deficit. Plot altitudes are 13 50-1400m. Climate is characterized by high precipitation rate in fall, winter and spring. Soils-bright and typical serozems made of loam. Area is 2ha, land use efficiency is 0.92. Irrigation canals are earthen with efficiency 0.85-0.90. Plot is equipped with means of water account.  Study shown that optimal irrigation regime is irrigation under soil moisture 70±3% of normative moisture in combination with rational norm of fertilizes application. Bio-climatic coefficient (ratio between net irrigation norm and water balance    deficit)    and    relationship    between    cotton    water consumption and irrigation regime and between wheat yield and bio-climatic coefficient and factor of crop productivity are found. Recommendations are given.
