Awards of the Heads of Central Asian States
On April 19 in Astana, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, awarded the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, the first-degree “Dostyk” Order (Friendship).
On July 5, at the Great Hall of the People, the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, conferred the highest state award - Order of Friendship - upon the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon.
On August 8 in Astana, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev awarded the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, with the highest state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan –“Altyn Qyran” (Golden Eagle) Order.
On August 9, on the sidelines of the 6th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States, the Honorary Badge of the Heads of State of Central Asia, was conferred upon the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the promotion of friendship, good-unneighborly relations, and mutual understanding among the Central Asian states.
State awards of Kazakhstan
On May 31, by Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan, former Minister of Water Management Mr. Nariman Kipshakbayev was awarded the “Otan” (Fatherland) Order for his significant contribution to the country’s socio-economic development and active public service.
On November 15, on the occasion of the Day of Workers of Agriculture, Food and Processing Industries, a number of agricultural workers were decorated for their dedicated service to the national agro-industrial complex and their contribution to the infrastructural development of Kazakhstan’s rural sector. They were awarded the Barys Order (II and III classes), the Parasat and Kurmet Orders, the Enbek Danqy Order (III class), as well as the Yeren Enbegi Ushin Medal (for Distinguished Labor).
State awards of Kyrgyzstan
On December 18, President Sadyr Japarov signed several decrees conferring state honors upon a group of Kyrgyz citizens.
The title Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic was conferred upon veterans of the agricultural sector Duyshembek Kyrgyzbayev and Mukhameturayim Nasirov.
State awards of Tajikistan
In celebration of the 33rd anniversary of Tajikistan’s State Independence, President Emomali Rahmon presided over a ceremony at the Palace of the Nation on August 29, presenting state awards and honorary titles to distinguished professionals from various sectors.
State awards of Turkmenistan
On October 12, at the International Forum “Interconnection of Times and Civilizations – the Basis of Peace and Development,” President Serdar Berdimuhamedov presented the jubilee medal “In honor of the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Pyragy” and commemorative gifts to Presidents Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan, Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan, and Sadyr Japarov of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On November 9, Ashgabat hosted a ceremony to mark the Harvest Festival, honoring the top-performing workers in Turkmenistan’s agro-industrial sector.
State awards of Uzbekistan
To commemorate the 33rd anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev issued a decree awarding state decorations and honorary titles to a group of civil servants and workers from the production and socio-economic sectors.
Governmentwide awards
On July 9, in observance of the Day of Water Workers in Kazakhstan, a series of honors were bestowed upon industry professionals. Minister’s letters of appreciation were presented to 33 employees, while 158 received certificates of merit. Additionally, 80 specialists were honored with the “Su Sharuashylygynyn Үzdіgі” (Excellence in Water Management) badge, and 53 veterans were recognized with the “Su Sharuashylygynyn Ardageri” (Veteran of Water Management) badge.
On October 28, following a Presidential Decree, First Vice Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Bolat Bekniyaz was invested with the Order of “Kurmet” (Order of Honour). The award was presented by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov.
In celebration of Republic Day on October 25, a ceremony was held to honor specialists in the water sector for their exceptional service.
State awards were conferred upon 34 individuals, including eight recipients of the Order of “Kurmet”, two of the Order of “Enbek Danqy” (III Class), and 13 of the “Yeren Enbegi Ushin” Medal. The ceremony also featured the presentation of 'Veteran of Water Management' and “Excellence in Water Management” badges, alongside certificates of merit.
Additionally, 20 automobiles were officially handed over to basin inspection representatives.
On October 28, during a meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, honorary titles including “Su Sharuashylygynyn Ardageri” and “Su Sharuashylygynyn Yzdigi” were conferred to celebrate the Republic Day of Kazakhstan.
To mark the International Day of Rural Women on October 15, the Ministry of Water Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a ceremony to honor the winners of the “Women Leaders in Water Management” competition with certificates of recognition and commemorative gifts.
